After more than 20 years as a small animal vet, Emma has exchanged her stethoscope for spreadsheets and now keeps things running smoothly at Towan HQ. She looks after client communications, organises the team’s workflow, manages stock and lab work, and oversees marketing – all while ensuring there’s a steady supply of cake to keep spirits high!

Outside of work, Emma enjoys cooking, walking with Hazel the spaniel, gardening, keeping an eye on the family’s mini flock of sheep, and playing chauffeur for her busy family. She works in the community as a school governor and, when time allows, loves to head off on travels and adventures!
