Sam graduated as a veterinary surgeon in 2019 and has gained a wide range of experience working in both equine and farm practice across the UK and internationally, including time in Belgium, New Zealand, and The Gambia. These experiences have helped him develop a practical, adaptable approach to veterinary care and a strong understanding of the needs of animals, their owners, and the workings of farms.

While his main focus remains equine work, Sam also provides reliable support to the farm team, backing up Zack with emergency and out of hours cases. He enjoys the variety that farm work brings, particularly the challenge of urgent situations, and takes a practical, solutions focused approach with farmers.

Having grown up in Truro, Sam is glad to be back in Cornwall. Outside work, he enjoys trail running, surfing, and spending time outdoors.
